We strive to deliver your orders within 10-12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other external factors (such as courier delays or weather conditions).

For orders below Rs. 499: Rs. 49 shipping charge.

For orders of Rs. 499 and above: Free delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Areas
We deliver across India. If you live in a remote area, delivery times may be longer. In some cases, we may not be able to deliver to certain locations due to restrictions by our delivery partners. We will inform you if we are unable to ship to your area.
5. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other external issues). If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
