Return & Refund Policy

At Chatakchara Foods Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering our products to you. Due to the nature of our products (pickles), we have a specific return and refund policy outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Our products are perishable and food items, so we are unable to accept returns for reasons like change of mind. However, we do accept returns and provide refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged or defective.

The product is incorrect (not the product you ordered).

The product is expired or spoiled upon delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If you meet the above conditions and need to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to chatakchara.cs@gmail.com or call us at 9039000699 within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing the order number and a description of the issue.
Proof of Purchase: Provide the invoice and, if possible, images of the damaged or incorrect product.
Return Shipping: Once the return request is approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back to us. In case of damaged or incorrect products, Chatakchara Foods Pvt Ltd will bear the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or a credit to your store account.
5. Replacement Policy
If your product is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. We will ship the replacement item within 7 business days after your return is approved.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

The product has been opened or tampered with.

The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

The product was purchased during a promotional sale or clearance sale.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time:

Check your bank account or contact your bank to see if the refund is still processing.
